Location and Useful Information

St Aubins
Harbour View Guest House is situated on the quay overlooking the picturesque St Aubins Harbour, just 10 minutes by car from the airport and Jersey's town, St Helier.

Being originally a fishing village, St. Aubins has grown around the harbour, now used almost entirely for leisure craft. The village has fine restaurants, bars and cafes, as well as a few shops including a supermarket with Post Office, and all within a few hundred metres of our door. There are beaches both sides of the village and walking and cycle paths to town and the west.

Parking
Limited parking for guests is available at the front of the Guest House on a first come, first served basis. If full, there are several carparks in the village. If using public carparks, scratchcards called Paycards are often required. They are available from most grocery shops and garages and must be displayed when parked in most public parking spaces. Some public spaces however just require a parking disc to display your time of arrival - the signs will display the time allowed to stay. Hire-cars should usually have a parking disc.

Buses
We are on bus routes 12, 12A, 14, 15, and Explorer Blue Route. The stop code is 3742 for town, and 3743 for travel Westward. Just text the stop code (printed on the road at the bus stop) to 66556 and you will get a text back with times of the next buses due at that stop. It's actually rather brilliant! See also Summer Timetable List. The bus stops are at the end of the road about 200 metres from the Hotel - Opposite the Parish Hall. More info about exploring or travelling around Jersey by bus is available at MyBus

Bicycles
Bicycles can be hired at reception - rates start at £15 a day but are much less when booked for longer periods.

Walks
Jersey's town, St. Helier, is visible across the bay and is a lovely walk along the sea front almost entirely away from the roads. The famous Railway Walk also heads west from behind St. Aubin's harbour about 100 metres from our door, in the opposite direction, to Corbiere Lighthouse on the south western tip of the island - A beautiful walk with a wonderful reward at the end - take your camera!
